- Framework Manager – 15+ years of total experience, including 5 years in a similar role
- Risk Manager – 10+ years of total experience, including 5 years in a similar role
- QAQC Manager – 10+ years of total experience, including 5 years in a similar role
- HSE Manager – 10+ years of total experience, including 5 years in a similar role
- Technical Manager – 10+ years of total experience, including 5 years in a similar role
Responsibilities and Requirements
- International experience outside MENA region
- Expertise in Performance Based Contract (PBC/PBRM)
- Strong background in road maintenance
