A factory in Sharjah is hiring for the position of Office Assistant.
Experience
1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred)
Freshers with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Provide administrative support for office systems and ERP (preferably SAP)
- Manage system records, data entry, and report generation
- Assist with ERP queries and ensure accurate data in the system
- Handle office documentation, filing, and scheduling
