Office Manager

  1. Acts as the right hand to the Deputy CEO, ensuring alignment on priorities and commitments.
  2. Manages daily schedules, travel arrangements, and key communications.
  3. Prepares agendas, bilingual meeting minutes, and follows up on leadership deliverables.
  4. Coordinates between Executive Leadership Team (ELT), Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and external stakeholders.
  5. Drafts professional correspondence, reports, and executive summaries in Arabic & English.
  6. Maintains trackers and dashboards to monitor projects and commitments.
  7. Builds strong working relationships across functions with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
  8. Supports office operations including documentation, expenses, and logistics for meetings/workshops.
  9. Ensures confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion.
  10. Prior experience in a consultancy firm is preferable.

Experience

  1. 5+ years in executive support, office management, or coordination roles.
  2. Experience supporting senior leadership is strongly preferred.

Qualification

  1. Bachelor’s degree.
