Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role

Qualification

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO
  • Prepare agendas, documents, and minutes for meetings
  • Organize and manage travel itineraries, bookings, and logistics
  • Keep the CEO updated on project progress and follow-ups
  • Maintain and organize important documents and records
  • Assist in event coordination and stakeholder communication
  • Perform personal banking and payment coordination tasks
