Experience
- 5 to 7 years in procurement, expediting, or supply chain roles
- Familiarity with project management and contract administration
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP systems
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
