Operations Back Office Assistant – Dubai/Abu Dhabi, UAE

Qualification

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  2. Prior experience in logistics or working with labour/operations teams is preferred.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  4. Strong command of English (spoken and written).
  5. Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  1. Coordinate and engage with the operations staff to ensure smooth workflows.
  2. Handle data entry, verification, and record checking of operational activities.
  3. Manage scheduling and maintain accurate timesheets.
  4. Provide operational support after office hours when required.
  5. Be available to work on Sundays (with additional incentives).
