- Welcoming and assisting patients with inquiries, appointments, and concerns
- Managing patient registration, insurance coordination, and billing processes
- Addressing patient feedback and supporting service improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with medical staff to ensure a seamless patient journey
- Upholding patient confidentiality and healthcare compliance
- Supporting marketing activities as a volunteer
