Experience
- 4–6 years of payroll and HR operations experience in the UAE.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in SAP HCM and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and WPS.
- Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage monthly payroll processing in SAP HCM, including overtime, allowances, deductions, bonuses, and gratuity.
- Reconcile payroll with Finance and prepare WPS files, pay orders, and payroll dashboards.
- Oversee full employee lifecycle: onboarding, visa processing, medical insurance, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Handle recruitment — sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
- Support performance management (KPI setting, reviews, appraisals, salary increments).
- Maintain accurate HR records, trackers, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
- Address employee grievances and manage disciplinary processes fairly.
