Payroll & HR Operations Specialist – Margham, Dubai

Full-time role for immediate joiners.

Experience

  1. 4–6 years of payroll and HR operations experience in the UAE.

Qualification

  1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Proficiency in SAP HCM and MS Excel.
  3. Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and WPS.
  4. Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  1. Manage monthly payroll processing in SAP HCM, including overtime, allowances, deductions, bonuses, and gratuity.
  2. Reconcile payroll with Finance and prepare WPS files, pay orders, and payroll dashboards.
  3. Oversee full employee lifecycle: onboarding, visa processing, medical insurance, transfers, promotions, and exits.
  4. Handle recruitment — sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
  5. Support performance management (KPI setting, reviews, appraisals, salary increments).
  6. Maintain accurate HR records, trackers, and reports.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
  8. Address employee grievances and manage disciplinary processes fairly.
