Automak Automotive is expanding its team in Kuwait and is hiring for the following positions. Candidates must be ready to relocate.

Payroll Officer

Experience

1. 1–3 years in reputable companies in Egypt or (India/GCC or MNCs)

Qualification

1. Excellent in English
2. Advanced MS Excel skills
3. Presentable and professional

Responsibilities and Requirements

1. Process monthly payroll
2. Maintain attendance and salary records
3. Ensure compliance with labor laws
4. Coordinate with HR and Finance
5. Handle payroll reports and employee queries

Junior Accountant

Experience

1. 1–3 years proven experience in accounts payable or general accounting

Qualification

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
2. Fluent in Arabic & English
3. Strong in MS Excel
4. Accuracy, independence & good communication
5. Males only

Responsibilities and Requirements

1. Handle accounts payable
2. Reconcile vendor statements
3. Prepare payments and maintain records
4. Support monthly closing and reporting
