Salary: Up to AED 15,000

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Chairman, handling communication and queries.
- Prepare professional communications and draft meeting minutes.
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for the Chairman, including visit visas for international travel.
- Manage the Chairman’s calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments.
- Source office supplies and ensure smooth operations of the Chairman’s office.
- Produce high-quality reports, presentations, and briefs as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant in Dubai.
- Proficient in MS Office and knowledgeable in office management systems.
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
- Familiar with the latest office gadgets and applications.
