Procurement Officer

We are seeking a motivated Procurement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement for facility management, building materials, and construction projects. Freshers with strong potential may also apply, but 2–3 years of UAE experience is preferred.

Experience

1. 1–3 years of procurement experience (UAE experience preferred)

Qualification

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
2. Strong negotiation and communication skills
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
4. Age below 30 years preferred

Responsibilities and Requirements

1. Source and negotiate with suppliers for building materials and facility management requirements
2. Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
3. Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance
4. Coordinate with internal teams to meet project and operational needs
5. Ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with company policies
