Jereh Group is seeking a Procurement Officer for their Dubai project in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, and Machinery sectors.
Experience
4–6 years minimum, with strong UAE local procurement experience
Qualification
- Proven experience in procurement within oil & gas, heavy machinery, or industrial manufacturing
- Strong vendor network and market knowledge for machinery, tools, and industrial equipment in the UAE
- Hands-on experience with local and international suppliers, especially equipment and parts sourcing
- Familiar with JAFZA procurement and import regulations, logistics coordination, and customs clearance
- Proficient in contract negotiation, cost control, and procurement documentation
- ERP experience (SAP/Oracle or similar) preferred
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Develop vendor strategies and build long-term supplier relationships
- Ensure timely procurement of materials as per production schedules
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and technical teams for seamless order processing
- Monitor supplier performance ensuring quality and delivery timelines
- Maintain compliance with JAFZA rules and company procurement policies
