Procurement Specialist & Technicians – Qatar

Experience

1. Procurement roles: 6+ years.
2. Technician roles: 1+ years.

Qualification

• University graduate (Bachelors) preferably with a major in the related field of study.
• MCIPS preferred.
• Professional accreditation related to the function is an asset.

Responsibilities and Requirements

1. Arabic – native.
2. Procurement, sourcing, category management.
3. Experience in banking (any government sector or international banking or domestic banking).
4. Connection with banks.
5. Experience in RFP / tendering or specific categories is a plus.
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
7. Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
8. Understanding of the relevant laws, regulations, and practices.
9. Ability to make decisions and follow through with initiatives.
10. Personal integrity and self-management.
11. Negotiation skills and commercial sense.
12. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
13. Technician – Mechanic: Ability to repair the buses onsite and in workshops.
14. Technician – Recovery Operator: Responsible for recovery of vehicles that have broken down or been involved in accidents.
15. Technician – Tyreman: Repair and maintenance of tires to reuse, provide performance advantage, segregate tires for recycling or disposal.
16. Accident Repair Assistant: Assisting in coordinating accident repair processes, ensuring efficient restoration of damaged buses.
