A reputed organization in Qatar is seeking a skilled Property Manager with a strong understanding of the real estate market and proven experience in property leasing and management.
Experience
- Minimum 5-8 years in similar roles.
- GCC experience is mandatory.
Qualification
- University degree or equivalent, preferably in engineering.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Strong understanding of real estate business dynamics.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage short and long-term leasing of properties to governments, corporates, business houses, and individuals.
- Negotiate rentals and agreement terms to ensure attractive market-aligned rates.
