As a Purchase Coordinator, you will oversee the purchase of goods, considering price, quality, and delivery to ensure continuity of supply. You will monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and suppliers, and maintain a professional and consistent approach to all supplier relationships.
Experience
- 1–2 years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- In-depth knowledge of purchasing strategies.
- Proficiency in using procurement software, ERP systems (preferably Odoo), and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in procurement is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates (preferably Arabs with fluent English).
- Visa 18 Transferable (no VIP or small projects).
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Assisting in sourcing and selecting suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery speed.
- Monitoring inventory levels and managing stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Coordinating with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintaining complete, updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
- Processing purchase orders accurately according to company policies and procedures.
- Supporting the Finance department in maintaining records and handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
