Purchase Officer – Sharjah, UAE

FAAN Perfumes, a leading perfume manufacturer in the region with over 35 years of experience, is hiring for the position of Purchase Officer in Sharjah, UAE.

Experience

1. 2 to 5 years of previous experience in the perfume or related industry is a plus.

Qualification

1. Experience with purchasing processes, purchase orders, and purchase requisitions.
2. Proficiency in contract negotiation and vendor management.
3. Strong analytical skills for data analysis and decision making.
4. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Responsibilities and Requirements

1. Manage purchasing processes, handling purchase orders and requisitions.
2. Negotiate contracts and maintain vendor relationships.
3. Analyze purchasing data and ensure timely procurement of materials.
4. Support the overall supply chain strategy.
