Ace Hardware – Alhasawi Group is hiring a detail-oriented Purchasing Processor to manage procurement processes and support inventory operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
Experience
2–3 years of relevant experience in purchasing or supply chain
Qualification
- Bachelor’s in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Must have 18 transferable visa
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Assist in placing purchase orders and service contracts with approved vendors
- Follow up on purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain internal records of purchases and stock details
- Coordinate with suppliers, finance, and warehouse teams
- Verify deliveries against purchase orders and report discrepancies
- Support cost analysis and assist in preparing procurement reports
