Falcon Gold and Precious Metals QFZ LLC is hiring QA/QC professionals to join its Quality & QA/QC Division in Qatar. The selected candidates will play a key role in ensuring excellence, compliance, and quality consistency across production and refinery operations.
Experience
3–5 years of experience in QA/QC, documentation control, or inspection within a manufacturing or refinery environment (preferably gold refining).
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; diploma or technical qualification acceptable with relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SharePoint or e-DMS systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work shifts if required.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Conduct inspections on in-process and finished products to ensure compliance with internal and customer standards.
- Maintain inspection records, calibration logs, and NCR documentation.
- Support preparation of quality dossiers, batch traceability records, and management review data.
- Assist in internal audits and track corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with ISO and CAA (Cargo Aviation Authorities) requirements.
- Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve nonconformities and implement corrective actions.
