Dubai Sports City is seeking a proactive team player to join as a Quantity Surveyor, responsible for tasks related to cost control, BOQ preparation, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. The role involves working closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient cost management and project delivery.
Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in quantity surveying and project cost estimation.
Qualification
- A degree in Quantity Surveying and/or Construction Management.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Cost Control, Cost Management, Cost Reporting, and BOQ preparation.
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices.
- Excellent analytical and numerical abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work well with interdepartmental teams.
