Urgent requirement for a Receivable Accountant to join a project in Abu Dhabi. Only candidates currently based in the UAE are eligible to apply.
Experience
3–5 years in the receivables accounting field
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Collection of time cards/waybills and preparation of related schedules
- Preparation and submission of invoices
- Handling customer credit facility arrangements
- Preparing comparison schedules (debtors, project requisitions)
- Managing credit/debit notes, journal vouchers related to AR
- Collection and follow-up of debts
- Daily reporting to Chief Accountant
- Preparing revenue schedules and comparison with budget/utilization factor
- Intercompany reconciliation
- Assisting with the company’s annual audit
- Supporting accounts payable as needed
