Receptionist –Dubai

Gargash Trading (part of Gargash Group) is hiring a Receptionist for their Al Quoz Industrial Area office in Dubai. The role requires front-desk management and providing excellent customer service in the heavy machinery industry.

Experience

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a front-desk or receptionist role.

Qualification

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in calendar management, handling customer queries, and general admin tasks.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Welcome and assist visitors and clients professionally.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate calendars.
  • Perform administrative support including filing and documentation.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Working hours: 9 hours/day including 1-hour break.
  • Work schedule: 6 days a week (1 day off).
