Responsibilities and Requirements
- Answer and direct phone calls and distribute emails
- Act as the first point of contact for customers
- Handle customer transactions and deposit to bank
- Follow up on customer orders and invoice status
- Print, follow up, and collect unpaid invoices
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and follow up to ensure resolution
- Provide quotations and place orders
