A premium transport company in Dubai is hiring a Sales & Admin Coordinator to handle client inquiries, manage bookings, and support daily operations.
Experience
- 2–4 years’ experience in sales coordination, reservations, or admin (transport/hospitality/travel/events a plus)
Qualification
- Excellent English (spoken & written); confident on phone/WhatsApp with polished client tone
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace / CRM or booking tools
- Organized, detail-focused, able to multitask under time pressure
- Knowledge of Dubai locations, airports, and hotels preferred
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Respond to sales inquiries (phone/WhatsApp/email) and prepare quotations
- Follow up with clients, convert bookings, and update CRM records
- Coordinate schedules with drivers/dispatch and ensure trip accuracy
- Prepare invoices, collect payments/POs, and maintain client records
- Handle feedback/complaints professionally and escalate when needed
