Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, reservations, or administration.
Qualification
- Experience in the transport, hospitality, travel, or events industry is a plus.
- Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM or booking tools.
- Highly organized and detail-focused with strong multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of Dubai locations, airports, and hotels is preferred.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Handle client inquiries and manage bookings.
- Provide administrative support for daily operations.
- Ensure a polished and confident tone in all communication, including on the phone and WhatsApp.
