Hiring for a Sales Coordinator cum Accountant to support customer coordination and accounting tasks using ERP systems.
Experience
Relevant experience in sales coordination and accounting preferred
Qualification
- Degree in Commerce or Accounting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Native Hindi speaker preferred
- Female candidate on Spouse Visa or Own Visa
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Follow up with customers for order confirmations and payment reminders
- Enter and manage sales orders in ERP software
- Record payment receipts and update client accounts
- Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure order fulfillment
- Assist with invoice preparation, data entry, and reconciliations
- Prepare daily and weekly sales/payment reports
