Experience
Relevant experience in sales coordination, preferably in the construction industry
Qualification
- Proficient in Excel
- Knowledge in making quotations and tenders
- Ability to find new suppliers for tenders/quotations
- Good communication skills (English)
- Experience in maintaining and updating sales and customer records
- Ability to compile monthly sales reports
- Support for the sales department with administrative tasks
- Ability to handle queries through email and phone calls
- Monitoring and following up on outstanding sales quotations
