Sales Facilitator

Opening for a Sales Facilitator to provide back office support to the Sales Team and manage documentation, correspondence, and coordination with customers, suppliers, and the accounts team.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Prepare quotes and technical submittals as per company standards
  • Provide back office support to the Sales Team
  • Coordinate with Accounts to prepare Purchase Orders
  • Manage quotes, submittals, and communications with customers and suppliers
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of tender documents
  • Coordinate invoicing by sharing necessary reports with Accounts as per payment schedules
  • Learn and implement ELV and AV product portfolio in day-to-day responsibilities
  • Perform reception duties professionally when required
