Opening for a Sales Facilitator to provide back office support to the Sales Team and manage documentation, correspondence, and coordination with customers, suppliers, and the accounts team.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Prepare quotes and technical submittals as per company standards
- Provide back office support to the Sales Team
- Coordinate with Accounts to prepare Purchase Orders
- Manage quotes, submittals, and communications with customers and suppliers
- Ensure quality and accuracy of tender documents
- Coordinate invoicing by sharing necessary reports with Accounts as per payment schedules
- Learn and implement ELV and AV product portfolio in day-to-day responsibilities
- Perform reception duties professionally when required
