A leading healthcare provider in Abu Dhabi, represented by Skills Hub Recruitment, is hiring a Scheduler Coordinator to support operations and improve the patient care experience. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Experience
Minimum 2 years in scheduling or administrative roles (healthcare experience preferred)
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Proficient in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and excellent time-management
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Coordinate and maintain staff calendars, meetings, and events
- Liaise with healthcare, administrative, and operational teams
- Resolve scheduling conflicts to reduce disruptions
- Communicate updates or changes to relevant stakeholders
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and metrics
- Manage room, equipment, and staff resource bookings
- Generate scheduling and performance reports
- Support administrative tasks related to scheduling
