Scheduler Coordinator – Operations / Administration – Abu Dhabi, UAE

A leading healthcare provider in Abu Dhabi, represented by Skills Hub Recruitment, is hiring a Scheduler Coordinator to support operations and improve the patient care experience. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Experience

Minimum 2 years in scheduling or administrative roles (healthcare experience preferred)

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Proficient in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent time-management

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Coordinate and maintain staff calendars, meetings, and events
  • Liaise with healthcare, administrative, and operational teams
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts to reduce disruptions
  • Communicate updates or changes to relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and metrics
  • Manage room, equipment, and staff resource bookings
  • Generate scheduling and performance reports
  • Support administrative tasks related to scheduling
