Experience

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Monitor and update the SAP ARIBA Portal for project updates and invitations.
  • Prepare and organize project documents, including cover pages, proposals, and reports.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, site visits, and access for company representatives.
  • Upload and manage bids and project details on SAP ARIBA Portal.
  • Monitor and respond to company emails and official communications.
  • Maintain and update company records, including certificates and documents.
  • Handle documents requiring CEO approval and distribute them once signed.
  • Update weekly manpower and project progress reports.
