We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team at our Dubai head office. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, solid accounting knowledge, and a proven track record in financial reporting and compliance.
Job Specifications:
- 4–5 years of accounting experience (preferably in the financial sector)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial insights by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing reports.
- Prepare journal entries for assets, liabilities, and capital accounts.
- Document and maintain accurate financial transactions.
- Summarize financial status through balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other key reports.
- Maintain accounting controls by developing and recommending financial policies and procedures.
- Prepare and verify payments and disbursement documentation.
- Liaise with auditors to ensure compliance and financial accuracy.
