Experience
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial management (Restaurant/Hospitality and Startups preferred).
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA/CMA is a plus.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Oversee FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Drive cost optimization and financial efficiency.
- Analyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Advise the owner on strategic financial decisions.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and insights.
- Prepare real-time automated financial reports and dashboards.
