Seeking a skilled Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in budget management, forecasting, long-term planning, and feasibility studies, with expertise in the real estate, hotels, or resort sectors.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of working experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- 2 years GCC experience is a plus.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA).
- Professional Qualification in Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage the budget, forecasting, and long-term planning process.
- Conduct feasibility studies and support financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, financial, and operational principles.
- Proficiency in ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Power BI.
- Experience in developing financial reports and metrics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
