Senior HR/Admin Manager role for large infrastructure projects in Qatar.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years in HR and administration management.
- At least 5 years managing HR functions for large infrastructure projects.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master’s degree or professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Qatari labor laws, HR policies, and best practices in the construction industry.
- Valid QID and transferable visa with NOC.
