Minimum of 15 years maintenance experience in MEP, DMT, and RST
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering field
- In-depth knowledge of Railway maintenance system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and MMS
- Strong managerial skills
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Establish performance targets and productivity of RST (Light and Heavy maintenance), MEP, and DMT to meet business objectives
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, reliability, and contractual requirements
- Manage maintenance budgets across all Sub Systems, optimizing resources and controlling costs
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments, stakeholders, operations, and clients to raise and resolve technical issues
- Manage development and implementation of enhancements to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of the department
