Senior Officer Admin and Logistics – UAE

An experienced Senior Officer Admin and Logistics is required to handle accommodation, transportation, contracts, and internal stakeholder management.

Experience

  1. Leasing of new accommodation and renewal of existing on time and in accordance with the policies.
  2. Maintain accommodation cleanliness, comply with health and safety standards, rules & regulations.
  3. Monitor the cost and achieve the annual target.
  4. Soft pack arranging for new staff and maintain a record of soft pack in camp.
  5. Managing AMC contract with approved TFM suppliers.
  6. Managing internal stakeholders in the organization.
  7. Monitor the daily transportation operation and ensure the staff are reaching at work sites on time.
  8. Maintain an accurate record for all transactions related to transportation.
