An experienced Senior Officer Admin and Logistics is required to handle accommodation, transportation, contracts, and internal stakeholder management.
Experience
- Leasing of new accommodation and renewal of existing on time and in accordance with the policies.
- Maintain accommodation cleanliness, comply with health and safety standards, rules & regulations.
- Monitor the cost and achieve the annual target.
- Soft pack arranging for new staff and maintain a record of soft pack in camp.
- Managing AMC contract with approved TFM suppliers.
- Managing internal stakeholders in the organization.
- Monitor the daily transportation operation and ensure the staff are reaching at work sites on time.
- Maintain an accurate record for all transactions related to transportation.
