A facility management company in Qatar is hiring a Senior Operations Coordinator.
Experience
- 10 years of experience in facility management.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic.
- Strong report-writing skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and CAFM systems.
- Leadership and management experience in team supervision and performance management.
- Proficient in CAFM, Helpdesk management systems, and PPM planning.
- Knowledge of KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics in a client-facing environment.
- Strong documentation, client correspondence, and meeting minutes management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards in facility management.
- Preferable experience with specialized systems (e.g., elevators, gym equipment).
