Senior Operations Coordinator – Qatar

A facility management company in Qatar is hiring a Senior Operations Coordinator.

Experience

  • 10 years of experience in facility management.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic.
  • Strong report-writing skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and CAFM systems.
  • Leadership and management experience in team supervision and performance management.
  • Proficient in CAFM, Helpdesk management systems, and PPM planning.
  • Knowledge of KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics in a client-facing environment.
  • Strong documentation, client correspondence, and meeting minutes management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards in facility management.
  • Preferable experience with specialized systems (e.g., elevators, gym equipment).
