Demonstrable minimum 10+ years of experience in the major Oil & Gas industry with relevant project control expertise. Candidates should have good knowledge of SAP and other project control tools.

- Proven experience in project controls, planning, and coordination.
Qualification
- Good knowledge of SAP, Sciforma, BW, and Primavera.
- Exposure to engineering digital solutions such as 3D modelling and mobility tools.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Lead implementation of planning, review, control, start-up execution, and closeout processes.
- Drive project controls process improvement activities.
- Support interface improvements between project controls and other departments such as contracts, procurement, logistics, and finance.
- Manage business planning and prioritization to finalize budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Control projects using KPIs and dashboards, evaluate project status, and report issues early.
- Coordinate with contracts, logistics, and field operations to align material supply with project demand.
- Manage work orders, job cards, and project schedules effectively.
- Customize and manage project control systems to meet project needs.
- Act as a focal point between E&C and other entities for alignment of project controls systems.
- Enhance planning functions and tools for analytical and risk-based decision-making.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend optimal business practices to align system functionality with project goals.
