As part of Finance Team expansion, an experienced Senior Receivables Accountant is required to oversee the full billing and collections cycle and maintain strong controls over receivables, particularly for cargo operations.
Qualification
- Strong experience in receivables and billing, ideally within the cargo industry
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and reconciliation skills
- Familiar with ERP systems and financial reporting
- Proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage end-to-end receivables and invoicing processes
- Ensure timely and accurate billing, particularly for cargo operations
- Monitor collections and follow up on outstanding payments
- Implement and maintain internal controls and audit readiness
- Support cross-functional finance initiatives as needed
