Experience
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in EV dealership service operations.
- At least 3 years in a Service Managerial role.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with EV dealerships handling leading brands such as BYD or other global manufacturers.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Deep knowledge of EV diagnostics, technologies, and aftersales processes.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Oversee service department operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop service teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Implement EV-specific service best practices, warranty handling, and workshop management.
- Monitor service KPIs, profitability, and customer experience metrics.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines, safety protocols, and industry standards.
