Service Manager – EV Dealership (BYD) | Qatar

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in EV dealership service operations.
  • At least 3 years in a Service Managerial role.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with EV dealerships handling leading brands such as BYD or other global manufacturers.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Deep knowledge of EV diagnostics, technologies, and aftersales processes.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Oversee service department operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop service teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Implement EV-specific service best practices, warranty handling, and workshop management.
  • Monitor service KPIs, profitability, and customer experience metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines, safety protocols, and industry standards.
