We are seeking a persuasive Showroom Manager to lead our furniture showroom in Doha.
Experience
- More than 5 years of experience in Qatar.
- Prior experience as a Furniture Showroom Manager or Senior Interior Designer.
Qualification
- Graduate in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Must be Arabic-speaking, preferably Lebanese.
- Extensive experience in selling comparable furniture products.
- Strong skills in space design and client engagement.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Study product features and arrange stock to be visually appealing and functional.
- Train and mentor staff on sales techniques and communication strategies.
- Negotiate prices and payment plans while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing specialists to maintain preferred provider status.
- Document sales, reward team members, and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and mentoring skills.
