Responsibilities and Requirements
- Track a business plan and sales strategy to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
- Set sales targets against forecasts and monitor team’s volume and revenues.
- Build strong relationships with top 50 accounts and ensure delivery of VIP customer service.
- Maintain contact with clients through joint visits to ensure satisfaction.
- Identify problems, provide solutions, and guide sales staff on handling accounts.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales/marketing plans based on market situations.
- Set plans for high achievers to create a competitive atmosphere and accelerate target achievement.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Conduct one-on-one reviews with sales staff to identify training needs and improve performance.
- Monitor customer experience and ensure timely communication of new offers.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and providing solutions.
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
- Perform related tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
