SME Account Manager – B2B Sales (Qatar)

Hiring an SME Account Manager – B2B Sales in Qatar. The role involves managing key client relationships, developing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  1. Track a business plan and sales strategy to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
  2. Set sales targets against forecasts and monitor team’s volume and revenues.
  3. Build strong relationships with top 50 accounts and ensure delivery of VIP customer service.
  4. Maintain contact with clients through joint visits to ensure satisfaction.
  5. Identify problems, provide solutions, and guide sales staff on handling accounts.
  6. Assist in developing and implementing sales/marketing plans based on market situations.
  7. Set plans for high achievers to create a competitive atmosphere and accelerate target achievement.
  8. Track daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  9. Conduct one-on-one reviews with sales staff to identify training needs and improve performance.
  10. Monitor customer experience and ensure timely communication of new offers.
  11. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and providing solutions.
  12. Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
  13. Perform related tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
