Store Operations Manager – Doha, Qatar

Hiring for a Store Operations Manager position to oversee operations across Fashion and Furniture stores in Doha.

Experience

5–7 years of retail operations experience (Fashion/Furniture preferred)
Proven multi-store management background

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP/POS systems
  • English fluency; Arabic is a plus

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Oversee daily operations across all stores
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Monitor KPIs including sales, conversion, basket size, and shrinkage
  • Drive sales performance and implement action plans
  • Conduct regular store visits to review performance
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and productivity
  • Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and teams
  • Handle escalated customer issues
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and stock control
  • Oversee visual merchandising execution
  • Coordinate with VM team on layouts and campaigns
  • Control store expenses and validate operational invoices
  • Ensure compliance with financial, operational, and HR policies
  • Prepare performance reports and improvement plans
  • Enforce health, safety, security, and loss prevention standard
