Hiring for a Store Operations Manager position to oversee operations across Fashion and Furniture stores in Doha.
Experience
5–7 years of retail operations experience (Fashion/Furniture preferred)
Proven multi-store management background
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP/POS systems
- English fluency; Arabic is a plus
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Oversee daily operations across all stores
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
- Monitor KPIs including sales, conversion, basket size, and shrinkage
- Drive sales performance and implement action plans
- Conduct regular store visits to review performance
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and productivity
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and teams
- Handle escalated customer issues
- Maintain inventory accuracy and stock control
- Oversee visual merchandising execution
- Coordinate with VM team on layouts and campaigns
- Control store expenses and validate operational invoices
- Ensure compliance with financial, operational, and HR policies
- Prepare performance reports and improvement plans
- Enforce health, safety, security, and loss prevention standard
