Technical Support – Doha, Qatar

A leading company in Doha is hiring a skilled Technical Support professional to join their team.

Experience

  • Proven experience in technical support, preferably with mobile applications.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proficiency with Android and iOS operating systems and app ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with debugging tools, error logs, and crash analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Additional Requirements

  • Valid QID and NOC (mandatory).
  • Must currently reside in Qatar.
  • Indian & Pakistani nationals are preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with mobile app testing or QA processes.
  • Familiarity with support tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Swift) is a plus.
