We are currently seeking a full-time on-site Tenders & Proposals Specialist in Doha, Qatar. The role entails managing and writing proposals, responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. Additionally, the position involves coordinating project management tasks related to tenders and proposals.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Engineering Consultancy
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in Proposal Management and Proposal Writing
- Proficiency in handling Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Effective Communication skills for stakeholder interaction
- Project Management skills related to tenders and proposals
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Arabic preferred
