Pharmalink, a leading healthcare distribution company, is hiring a Warehouse Invoicing Coordinator in Abu Dhabi.
Experience
Previous experience in invoicing, billing, or administrative roles (preferably in warehouse or logistics)
Qualification
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP/accounting software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Perform daily invoicing functions with accuracy and timeliness
- Issue invoices and credit memos to customers
- Maintain and update customer records in the system
- Prepare and send monthly billing statements
- Investigate and resolve billing errors or discrepancies
- Support general administrative and warehouse documentation tasks
