Responsibilities and Requirements
- Organizing, maintaining, and securing physical and digital documents.
- Scanning and uploading files to the ERP system.
- Managing document versions and hierarchy.
- Conducting regular accuracy audits.
- Ensuring updated documents are accessible.
- Completing additional tasks assigned by the manager.
- Technical background in equipment/workshop data controlling.
- Knowledge of tubular running services equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and safety focus.
- Qatar experience is mandatory.
