Experience
- Freshers (HSC or Graduates) or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in customer support.
Qualification
- HSC or Graduates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with rotational shifts including night shifts
- Must be based in Mumbai and able to commute to the office
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Assist customers via Voice, Chat, or Backoffice channels, providing exceptional service and solving issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service.
- Handle customer queries, provide information, and ensure positive interactions.
