Experience
- Freshers or experienced candidates (0–1 year)
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree/PG in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Source potential candidates through online & offline channels
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Screen resumes and applications
- Conduct initial phone screenings
- Assist in coordination of recruitment events and job fairs
- Manage the candidate experience with timely communication
- Support the onboarding process
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager
