- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement initiatives
- Participate in various HR projects and contribute to process improvements
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and recruitment processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
