Regional Head – Banking Sector – Kerala/Coimbatore

Experience

1. 10 – 15 years of experience in banking leadership roles.
2. Age: Up to 40 (41–42 on exception basis).
3. Notice period: Immediate to 60 days.

Responsibilities and Requirements

1. Drive 25% YoY growth in liabilities (CASA, term deposits, salary accounts).
2. Acquire new accounts and unlock value from existing client portfolios.
3. Lead Personal Bankers, Branch Managers, and Relationship Managers.
4. Deepen client relationships and cross-sell treasury, trade finance, insurance, and digital banking products.
5. Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams on strategic initiatives.
6. Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and manage NPAs and risk portfolios.
